"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"A beautiful small hotel with outstanding views. Although it is up a steep hill, the hotel, although basic, is everything you need for a few days stay. The restaurant next door is very good, and used by touists and locals alike. If you are hiking, the hotel has lots of info on trails and is near the start of most main routes."

The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. "This was a pearl just putside Granada that we enjoyed a lot. The two guys running the place (we assume they did at least) really made us feel at home and relax. The balcony with the pool and eating place offered a great view of Granada end the Sierra, which we took delight of greatly."
