"It was fine for one night prior to our cruise. Room was clean, staff was great. Overall however, not great. The water in the shower was luke warm. We saw the same comment on a previous review but thought it might be circumstancial. Also, pretty noisy but we expected it being on the street side. Since the view is nothing to write home about, we would have chosen an interior room to reduce the noise level. "

"The area of this hotel was older, but we were looking for a comfortable, safe place to stay overnight before catching a cruise the next day and this place was perfect. The directions for the entry to the property were clear and easy to follow, as were those to enter the room. The A/C was cold (loved it!) and the private bathroom beat having a hostel. It was a nice, well-kept property. The only issue we had were a few people in their late teens/early twenties sitting in the common area right outside our room talking and laughing. That said, we were so tired from our long day of travel that we still fell and stayed asleep. I would recommend this property for the price, location between the airport and cruise terminal, and comfort (including the bed and pillows). We would stay there again! "

"I think we were a tad unlucky as our booked room had been given away by mistake and when we arrived at 10pm the room on offer smelled of damp. The air con control was missing so it was pretty hinky till we got one on day 2. The toilet didn’t refill properly so each time we had to take off the lid and fiddle with the workings to stop the water running. The bed was very small, rickety and squeaky. The male staff were very friendly and helpful however and the free bar is a nice touch, plus the roof terrace has sweeping views. Location is excellent. "

"You are on a multifamily building. The first floor has open space where other tenants' noise is eaily heard overnight or early in the morning. "
