Very much recommend this place if you are staying on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos!"

"This place was insanely nice. It must be the nicest accommodation near Santa Cruz. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I loved talking to Rebecca. Right in front of the hotel there are lights that attract sharks, rays, sea lions, and fish, so you can sit at the restaurant with a drink or meal and watch wildlife right in front of you without leaving the hotel! The only meal I had here was breakfast, but it was lovely. The oceanview room was beautiful. You have to take a $1 water taxi to come and go from the hotel. The taxi ride to town is only a few minutes. It was super easy, and the longest wait we had was a couple minutes for the taxi to show up. The only thing I wish I knew is that it's hard to get small bills for the taxi. I would recommend bringing lots of ones with you so you don't have to ask the hotel to break larger bills every day. I would absolutely come back here!"

"We loved everything about Hotel Cucuve! The service is top notch. The beds and bedding so comfortable, slept great every night. The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. Loved that they had filtered water available for us to fill our water bottles, saved us a fortune in bottled water! The breakfast was good too, cooked to order eggs every day. Everyone working there was so friendly and accomodating!"

"This was the perfect transit hotel. It is located 1.5 small blocks from the pier, where you pick up the ferry to San Cristobal. It is clean and spacious with a refrigerator and a view of the harbor and pier. The gentleman at the front desk carried all our luggage up and down the stairs for us, even at 6am! It was a very welcoming visit. "
