"The service was truly exceptional. During my stay, I went out for dinner and accidentally left an item I needed behind in my room. The team was incredibly kind and proactive, they quickly located the item in my room and arranged to have it delivered to my exact location. They personally handed it to me, which made me feel genuinely cared for and attended to. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Location is good in terms of puerto Romano, some nice restaurants close by and nearby restaurants. No local shop, Gym is 24 hours but basic - hygiene in gym questionable if it’s cleaned The hotel does not serve alcohol and this was not advertised before hand which is disappointing as we wanted to relax with a cocktail / beer at the pool not possible as they don’t serve alcohol Breakfast had a good selection starts at 8am so if you want to go before not an option Overall the hotel is split into 3 parts, there wasn’t much of an atmosphere or vibe if your looking for that feel from an 5 star hotel resort. Overall disappointed but it was ok"

"The apartments were very old and dated. They were meant to be renovated but that clearly didn't happen. All the AC vents were rusted through and didn't appear to work. Apartments very large but were not worth the price. Old, tired and very disappointing. "

It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an ideal location—everything you need is within walking distance, including Puerto Banús, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the Old Town. A special thank you to Patricia, the manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Rooms old, hallways old. Paint chipping. Sheets had to be changed due to stains and was told they are so small. Ended up not changing pillow cases even with red spots as was made to feel guilty. Breakfast was excellent!"
