We had an amazing stay

The room was amazing, the staff were helpful and very nice and the hotel was great! One elevator didnt work which was an inconvenience but not too bad for us, and the breakfast was always the same. These are the only downsides, but i would definitely come back.

* Noisy room in the evening until 11pm : no way to rest, no way to read, awfully noisy * Cleaning not always well done (cups, coffee pads, herbal tea...) * Breakfast : coffee with old machines is disgusting, with new machines (2), long queues * Several times had to ask for butter * No vegetarian food and sometimes even veggie food (pasta with cheese) contain ham

Huone on siisti ja moderni. Äänieristys on huono, viereisen huoneen keskustelukin kuuluu naapuriin. Aamuisin raskaan liikenteen melu herättää ainakin vuoren puoleisissa huoneissa. Iltaisin ja öisin on hiljaista. Hotelli on aika ylhäällä vuoren rinteellä. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen. Hyvä valinta

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer es wurde leider nur einmal Insektenspray ausgesprüht. Und an den darauf folgenden Tagen wurden die Tierchen einfach ignoriert auch nach bescheid geben mussten wir uns selber drum kümmern. Auf ein Bügeleisen habe ich drei Tage gewartet. Das Essen im Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Bis auf eine Suppe hat alles nicht so gut geschmeckt und warm/kalt halten der Speisen fällt Ihnen anscheinend sehr schwer. Außerdem erst mal gezwungen, ein Bändchen am Arm zu tragen für den ganzen Aufenthalt um zu zeigen, ob man Halbpension oder Vollpension gebucht hat. Das muss eine andere Möglichkeit geben, das zu zeigen. Unser Bändchen war aus Stoff heißt also nach Hände waschen/ Duschen / schwimmen war das Ding immer nass.

Publicité mensongère, nous attendions un miniclub vanté par vos soins qui n'existe pas. Hôtel relativement loin de la plage: 800m Hôtel de ville sans aucun extérieur. Snacks all inclusive peu étendu et qui ferme parfois 1h avant à la piscine. Points positifs : repas de bonne qualité et aire de jeux intérieure

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aqui, en familia, con dos niños. El hotel es muy cómodo y en general el personal muy amable. La situación es muy buena, al lado de Playa Jardin y Punta Brava, andando al LoroParque y al Puerto de la Cruz. La cuesta de subida es lo que peor se lleva sobre todo si vuelves cansado :-). Es cierto que los horarios estan pensados para extranjeros pero no es problema para nosotros. La comida bastante variada y buena calidad. En general un hotel muy recomendable en el que descansar unos dias o tener un punto para recorrer la isla.

Yo lo he visto un poco escaso en el tema del todo incluido,sobretodo en los horarios de la zona de la piscina cerraban a las 18.00 y snacks en el restaurante de arriba no habia y de 13.00 a16.00 en la piscina no disponia de snacks tampoco.

Dessvärre levde det inte upp till 4 stjärnor överhuvudtaget. Trots reklam för det fanns ej AC, endast en mindre pool som var överfull, ingen närhet till havet, familjerum blev trasig bäddsoffesäng till barnen, lång kö för att komma in i frukostrummet, som var rörigt. Det enda plus var trevlig receptionist man då vi checkade ut efter endast 1 övernattning & ställde in de 4 övriga. Två stjärnor ger vi detta hotell.

Lo mejor la cercanía de la piscina a la habitación del hotel, prácticamente al lado. El personal del hotel muy atento y simpático. Aparcamiento gratis muy cerca del hotel. En general un hotel muy bueno para pasar vacaciones en familia.

No me parecio bien el horario de la piscina ya que cerraban a las 18h, ni el horario de las cenas que era de 19 a 21,30h, creo que los españoles normalmente cenamos mas tarde y mas si estamos de vacaciones
