"Very beautiful hotel and garden. Excellent service and food. I had pain in soles of the feet but became much better with reflexology at the spa. Without asking I got a free upgrade to an ambassador suite and a bottle of very good red wine. "

It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff. Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights "

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good. On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing."

"Well worth the money paid for. Food choices very basic for all inclusive but enough to have a go at. Drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were bang on. Staff at the bars were sound, receptionists also (bar one man). Wouldn’t bring my family, much more of a friend’s few days away, as limited for kids."
