This is our favourite hotel in Puerto. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an early check in and late checkout when we requested them. Clean spacious room and great pool area. Highly recommended!

Stayed 2 nights and had poor sleep on both, one directly caused by the hotel processing a very early alarm call to the wrong room! The bathroom is only suitable for small children as the design is so poor that you cannot enter without banging your hands and you have to open and close the door to access the toilet which is very low and positioned so that you have difficulty in avoiding banging your chin on the edge of the vanity unit and banging your hand on the loo roll holder

Flott beliggenhet i et stille strøk av byen

San Borondon er en perle hvor vi trives svært godt. Hotellet har ikke aircondition, men en bordvifte som fungerte godt nok for oss. Stor og deilig seng men litt hard madrass. Rommet rengjøres hver dag. Hotellet har et stort og deilig saltvannsbasseng. Treningsapparatene burde oppdateres da de var ødelagt/slitt/gamle. Betjeningen er svært hyggelig.
