Amazing hotel super clean rooms, very helpful staff, great pools, lovely food and drink. Lots of kids activities included like high ropes and trampolines. Can't fault it

Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife
The hotel had everything we wanted for our break and the room was great, with the hot tub included.

Everything as above but bathroom layout is not really suitable for disabled,the sink is too big

Marinell Collection Palm-Mar
Ivan was very helpful and pleasant when i had issues charging my phone. The surrounding area is being developed. Limited bus service from property to main road, so walking or taxi is the only option. Inconvenient at night.
