For starters there was no shuttle as Expedia said there would be. Food was absolutely horrible compared to the east side. No stocked fridge not even with pop. Room was just average hotel room. I travelled by myself so I didn’t really care about room. No night time entertainment whatsoever. The weather is absolutely amazing compared to the east side of Mexico

La habitación muy bien, teníamos vista al mar y balcón. Los desayunos muy bien y los trabajadores amables. Lo único qué no estuvo bien fue el hecho de qué el hotel tenia una sección en remodelación. Dos días hicieron mucho ruido desde temprano. Estaban tumbando muros y taladrando. Cuándo estás de vacaciones, pues eso es molesto. La otra cosa eran las bebidas, sobretodo en el club de playa Cocos y en la alberca de los sección principal. Utilizan concentrados de frutas llenos de endulcorantes. Eso lo deberían de advertir antes de servirte. El Club Premier muy bien y su bebidas de mejor calidad..,,aunque los precios eran iguales. En resumen, un muy buen lugar para vacacionar.

El principal incomodidad es co-relacion del precio a lo que se ofrece, La habitación se ve poco anticuada y los muebles y decoración muy sencillos. Y la comida y bebidas no tiene mucha variedad y sin buen sabor. Sobre la ubicación y tamaño del hotel esta genial aunque caminas muchísimo para llegar a la playa, las áreas verdes y albercas si se ven muy bien cuidadas y suficientes. el personal en su mayoría muy atento y amable. EN resumen el hotel esta bien si el precio fuera mas económico.

Tienen muchas cosas que mejorar. El hotel es un viejo necesita renovar, en terminos de comida muy poca y no tan variada. Las habitaciones no cuentan con refrigerador, y no habia telefono para comunicarse al lobby o service room. El servicio al cliente no es el mejor, mucho que desear la verdad. Tienen una politica de su check in a las 3pm y hacer esperar a las personas que llegaron desde temprano 7-8 horas para ultilizar las instalaciones y las habitaciones. Y si quieres que te la den ya quieren que pagues extra. Y el gerente en lugar de dar soluciones se cierra. En el club de playa, la misma musica no varian, no tienen animacion, no hay salvavidas, he ido a otras partes y la verdad es la primera vez que cuento con tan mala experiencia. Y tienen mejor atencion al cliente. Una desepcion la verdad.

My family stayed for two nights. We traveled with two small children. The Staff was not so friendly. Water from shower would spill all over the bathroom. Our room was no stocked with essential items such as with water, toilet paper and when we informed the front desk they didn’t care much about it. Property was not as nice as in pictures. Breakfast was not the best. Very limited options. Waiters did not offer you coffee or utensils. You had to go ask them for it. They were not attentive to guest. Pools were basic. Nothing special about it . There is a discoteca next door and we could not sleep until 12am. The music was very loud and could hear it even with the doors and curtains closed. It is too overpriced for what you get. I had a third adult and payed a ridiculous amount to add them to our room. I would not go back again. Too expensive for the customer services and the outdated facility.

After spending 10 minutes debating with the front desk staff who insisted on giving us a queen, even though we booked a King suite with an ocean view, we finally got the room we booked and paid for. Considering that the full price for this room is $500 Canadian per night, it is absolutely not worth anywhere near that. The restaurant on site is buffet only and average quality with subpar food options, and a very high price point if you don’t book the all-inclusive. Beer is 100 pesos per plastic cup. The rooms are very dated and not the quality you would expect. Our toilet didn’t even flush properly. There is ample parking at the site which was a benefit to us and of course the ocean view is beautiful. We would not consider staying here again when we’re in town.

Llegamos a las 12:30pm con mis hijos y me dicen que no puedo usar la alberca ni nada del hotel hasta las 2pm porque son sus nuevas politicas y les dije que si la alberca que usare mas tarde no sea la misma que ahorita, para ver si esa era la excusa y me dicen que no, despues salen con que la alberca no se puedes usar mas tarde de las 6pm, imaginense ir a un hotel con alberca y te digan que a las 6pm se cierra todo?, el agua de la alberca super super clorada, abrias los ojos en el agua y te ardia horrible, toallas sólo una vez podias pedir, imaginense estar en elm mar en la alberca y que sólo te den una toalla? Es una exageracion, nadie nos recibio a nuestra llegada, no no esta pesimo ese hotel....no lo recomiendo, aparye no es gratis cobran todo y al final la salida era a las 12pm y le dijimos si podiamos estar mas tiempo y nos dijerln que no que porque nos habiamos quitado los brazaletes y que ya no podiamos le dijimos que al final esos brazaletes eran de nuestra estancia que estuvimos y ahora nos pusieran otro para consumir y hacer uso de las albercas, porque eso nos dijeron al principio, no puedo creer que por algo tan simple no nos hayan permitido estar mas tiempo en la alberca y que al final lo que ibamos a consumir ya lo pagabamos por nuestra cuentaa, pero creo no quieren ganar extras

El hotel en sí es muy lindo, con instalaciones bien cuidadas, áreas verdes agradables y una ubicación privilegiada frente al mar. La experiencia podría haber sido excelente si no fuera por el trato recibido por parte del personal de recepción. Desde el inicio, intenté aclarar algunas situaciones relacionadas con mi reserva y atención, pero el equipo liderado por la Srita. Pamela y Sarahi mostró una actitud prepotente, poco empática e incluso discriminatoria. En ningún momento se me ofreció una solución, ni se mostró disposición para atender con respeto y profesionalismo. Afortunadamente, el gerente Ricardo se acercó posteriormente para ofrecer una disculpa en nombre del equipo, lo cual agradezco. Sin embargo, los momentos incómodos que viví por la falta de sensibilidad y servicio del personal de recepción dejaron una impresión negativa que contrastó con lo agradable que podría haber sido la estancia. Espero que la administración del hotel tome en cuenta estas observaciones para mejorar la atención al cliente, especialmente en áreas tan críticas como la recepción, donde se define gran parte de la experiencia del huésped.
