Beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing, rooms are nice very clean and comfortable. A/C available big plus, beach towels available and umbrellas on request. Staff 10/10 the service you get is awesome, Luis and Ivana and our server in the morning were very helpful and attentive. We definitely going back soon.

Nice little hotel, walking distance to Zicatela Beach, the area is kid of noisy at night but good all around, breakfast options, abeit limited were quite good, coffee was awesome.

The property had a great ambiance. I was grateful there was a pool because it was quite warm and humid during our stay in July. The staff was amazing and the food we ate there was amazing!! Especially the coconut shrimp tacos!!! Sebastian was the bartender was excellent and made the best drinks!! I can’t wait to return!!

We had a fantastic stay at Raiz hotel. It's tucked away on a small street, it was quiet and secluded while also being close to the beach and amenities. The room was cozy and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great Hotel and Location

Great stay. Clean and modern apartment less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops of Punta Zicatela. Would definitely stay again.
