When I arrived I was not able to locate the hotel. Upon messaging the hotel I received response telling me that they accepted my reservation by mistake. Thus I lost more than hour and had to find new reservation late at night.
My credit card has been charged. And there is no obvious way to refund other than directly call Expedia. I'm going to chargeback my credit card as long as I'm back in the US.
