"Great hotel, exceptional staff. However, outdoor pool too cold to use and indoor pool does not allow children under 16. Also, no kids club while we were there but we did participate in a fun painting class. Finally, the food was meh. Overall, excellent location, nice room and great staff"

Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience, for all the information and for arranging our transport to the waterfalls and airport transfers. This is an amazing hotel and will be my first choice whenever I return to Iguazú. A fantastic location, clean modern rooms, lovely pools, great restaurant with top notch food and awesome staff. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"If I could give six stars, I would. The entire property is gorgeous - built to fit in with nature. The rooms are well designed, private, and very comfortable. There is a beautiful and well maintained pool, a sauna, and facilities for future spa services. The restaurant is phenomenal - designed like a nest with a high ceiling, a fountain and beautiful artwork inspired by nature. During our stay, we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner on different days - everything was very special and delicious, some of the best food during our stay in Puerto Iguazu. Most compelling of all was the service. The staff, led by Liliana the manager, were always available, helpful, and accommodating. In short, think of a well-designed, eco-friendly property with chef-prepared meals and service you'd expect at the Ritz Carlton. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Latin America and would highly recommend. In fact, we are already talking about coming back with some friends next year."

"The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests."
