"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. "A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My only comment is that it was extremely hot when I was there and yet the heating was on, and apparently couldn’t be altered ? A fan for the room was provided but the temperature was still somewhat uncomfortable."
