"A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme?
