"Friendly. For the cost of the condominium there is no plus reception, it is very austere, the conditions of some things such as towels do not have that plus, they are not washed with fabric softeners, they look like sandpand, the air conditioning was blocked, not even courtesy water has, the soap for four people is not enough, the soap is generic, it does not have a plus which is what is expected from a diamond condominium, the soap to wash is powder, it is not even in pod that is what one thinks they would give, there is a coffee maker and it does not have a courtesy coffee, everything would be very good if there was a decent bath soap !!"

"Do not stay here! The place was like a ghost town. Everything was shut down, the pool was drained, the jacuzzi was cold and nasty. Within 10 minutes of checking in we requested to leave because we had 3 boys excited to go swimming. They tried to force us to stay. They first said they could only refund if 'Dennis' came back, then said they couldn't refund because we paid by card, tried to trick us into signing the sales receipt and they even typed up a 'contract' promising to pay us back but in the fine print wrote "only if they agree to sign the sales receipt" which authorized them to take our money, not return it. They then told us to write down our bank account number and information. I would not trust these people! After a full hour of arguing and us refusing to sign the sales charge, they said they would only refund if we came back in person 3 days later (on a Monday). We ended up having to dispute charges through our bank and stayed at Bella Serena (Great experience there!). Our room also had a non working fridge, the bathroom door didn't close. I'm sure we would have noticed more if we had stayed more than 10 minutes and likely would have been charged extra for some bogus charge."
