The location was excellent close to the beach and restaurants the staff was very friendly and helpful wish I could have stayed longer but I’ll definitely stay there again 👍🙏🙏

This Hotel is in a good location, clean, the staff was fantastic. They didn’t know much English but with my translator on my phone we never had a problem. Nothing but smiles.

This is a perfect small urban no frills (non resort) hotel in Puerto Plata. Short walk to the Malecon and in an area of lots of restaurants and services. Perfect for a few days.

For the price, it's okay. It's nice and clean. I like the fact that they have security overnight and it feels safe. The bed sheets were not 100% clean. As they were white I could see dirt on them. However, the beds are pretty big to be twin (I got the double twin bedroom) I think they are Full size rather than twin.

Very clean! Looked like new. Just across the street from a fine Italian Restaurant. Very basic, nothing fancy. Had to switch room because wi-fi wasn’t working. No problems after.

The location is great, it is a clean hotel. However may room needing cleaning after three days of being there and when I asked for room service to clean the lady handed me a mop. There is no hot water. I don't know if it was just my room but I wanted to bathe with warm water and there was never any, they tried to fix it but it always became cold again. The area is safe and it is very beautiful location if you don't mind these little inconveniences.
