Very friendly staff! Great suggestions for day trips. We booked everything (tours, motorcycles and transportation to the next destination) with the help of the hotel. Super easy! We had a great time!

Je tiens à souligner l’excellence du service à la clientèle que nous avons reçu . Mon amoureux a du se rendre d’urgence à l’hôpital. Et l’hôtel est venu nous reconduire rapidement sans frais. Même qu’ils sont venu nous voir à l’hôpital pour voir comment mon amoureux allait et Nous dire qu’ils allaient déménager Nos affaires eux même dans la nouvelle chambre que j'avais prise . Pour ne pas Que l’on ait à venir à l’hôtel juste pour ça. Nous les avons trouvé très attentionnés et tous très gentils. Pour le déjeuner de saint Valentin, ils ont fait les œufs en forme de cœur. Une coquette attention appréciée. L’hotel est un peu loin des restaurant et activité de la ville, mais piscine agréable et endroit calme. Attention, la localisation de Google map nest la bonne. Vérifiez aussi sur maps.me .

Nice quiet stay not far from the airport and very well priced. Service was outstanding although the location shown on LastMinute was inaccurate.

I checked in, we went to room. NO TOILET SEAT on the toilet???? WHAT? I Called them to the room & told the bellman. He said “Yes?”. The hotel is in a terrible area all by itself, the whole compound run down and dirty. We didn’t stay 10 minutes. They offered a different room?? I received NO refund!!!
