"Muy buenas instalaciones, pero sin aparcamientos, condiciona el poder moverte libremente, Mala comunicación desde el personal de Recepción, muy apática, rozando lo antipático. Se nos comunica el último día que tenemos que abandonar del complejo a las 12:00, sin poder disfrutar más tiempo en ellas, en otros hoteles hemos hecho el check out, Y pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones hasta el cierre de éstas. En general todo muy limpio, pero el trato muy robotico, poco empatico. "

"La verdad me gustó muchísimo el ambiente del hotel. Pero que no me allá gustado es que no hay donde aparcar es una agonía espantansa, nunca hubo un espacio para poder e aparcar y siempre estube pendiente, dure 1 hora buscando en el momento que llegue de 2 a 3 y no me tocó de otra que aparcarmen en frente del hotel y me lleve una multa. Entraba alas 3 y la cafetería es hasta las 4, tuve q volver a salir en el coche a comprar algo para comer mientras llegaba la hora de la cena. Y que no te dejan consumir absolutamente nada que no compres en la cafetería. Pero es que si no está abierto después de las 4 y vienes llegando. No tiene lógica. Eso de entrada no me gustó! Pero del resto muy tranquilo, la habitación limpia y las áreas comumes. Me gustaría regresar Pero me lo pensaría por el aparcamiento, no quisiera agregarle a la estadía otra multa más 😔. La recepcionista muy amable. "

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. The bars are very fairly priced, with great drinks. Housekeeping quick and great attention to detail. Little details like the access to shower room after you've checked out are so helpful! We don't want to leave! "

"The apartment slept 4 (there were2 of us), but we were only given 2 bath and one hand towel. Sofa needed replacing as cover cracked and split. Lift doesn’t work in the rain. Male (manager?) on reception told me to go on line to order takeaway from any site although we found out the restaurant had a take away menu. Large space for 2."

"Terrible. My husband ended up in hospital for 2 nights after eating in the A La Carte. He had prawns, the most likely cause of his acute, rapid onset violent symptoms of D and V with subsequent loss of conciouseness. They deny all and refuse any possible causitive link with his illness. "

"We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles. "
