"We liked the restaurant and the room was nice. The pool was amazing and the front desk staff along with the waiters were super friendly and helpful with everything including setting up return boats and suggesting things to do."

"We enjoyed our stay . The restaurant has a huge delay on getting food ready but itโs due to only having one restaurant open as supposed to both. All their staff actually expects the tip which is rare since everywhere else in Guatemala they arenโt. I love their flexibility on checking in & out. We will definitely come back."

"Wonderful staff. Beyond helpful!! Good location. Pool was so nice at the end of the day. Tienda across the road for cold drinks. We really enjoyed our stay in the family room and would book again!! Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel also. Lovely touch. Did not do included breakfast or eat at restaurant so cannot comment on that but it looked nice and has great view."
