Family vacation for myself and myvtwo children, and the experience was wonderful once again! We had a great time hiking with Rodrigo & Mike, and Juan & Xavier provided exceptional service. The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful. My only complaint was through Expedia it lists as All-Inclusive but that is an additional charge that I was made aware of 2 weeks before my trip.

Our family really enjoyed our trip to PV Garza Blanca. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The rooms may need a little bit of upgrading, but the rest of the property was clean and nice. We will definitely be back to stay.

The food is excellent and better than most other resorts. But need to reserve at least 3 months ahead to get a good reservation time. (please reserve in advance on their website and skip the room number). or you will order mostly room service. Should try the restaurant at HOTEL MOUSAI (HIROSHI is always fully booked) WIFI is slow and just slow. No phone reception in the area. If someone needs to work online, please consider other property. Please verify your room before you dine at HOTEL MOUSAI restaurants to avoid extra costs with the ALL INCLUSIVE. Looking forward to trying Garza Blanca at Cabo and Cancun.

Its a beautiful property, just very large and everything is far apart. Youll need a cab to go anywhere. Room was beautiful, spa was very nice , food was OK. Be prepared that everything is up and down hills.
