Hotel Ixaya was a gem! The staff was friendly and helpful. We called a few nights before our stay asking if we could do an earlier check in and they were accommodating. The place was tidy, clean, and had nice decor throughout. We especially liked it was conveniently located.

We loved staying here as it was super quiet and a very inexpensive Uber ride down to the Malecon, also alot of great breakfast & dinner options! However, the beds are very firm and difficult to sleep on - which if you enjoy really firm beds, this will be a plus for you! It was however a downfall for my husband and I and we got little sleep during our stay due to the beds. They have a great little communal kitchen and pool area :)

Quiet, simple, clean room with bathroom, TV and air conditioning, friendly staff .Simple accomodations but impossible to beat for the price, and I went in Jan, the peak of the high season. Located in the center of town, 2km from Costco/La Comer, right next to Versailles, a 5 minute walk to Soriana, and Plaza Caracol, 1km from Francisco Medina Ascenscio. Nice open space on the roof *only a 2 story buidling* with a small pool, common fridge, cooking area. This will be my goto place since why waste money on a fancy hotel when the savings are so great you could get a day pass at the Marriot, go to a really nice restaurant and still have some pesos in your pocket. There are two young guys who watch the entrance 9pm-9am. It is right off Franciso Villa so the neighborhood is not photogenic, but the central location, room, and all that I have mentioned make up for all that - and who wants to stay in their room anyway in PV.

Mi estancia aquí fue de dos días, en general fue agradable. El personal fue muy amable, me sentí con privacidad y pude disfrutar la alberca, que es pequeña, pero solía estar sola… La ubicación es buena si no deseas estar en medio de toda el movimiento turístico, es fácil llegar a los puntos de interés (centro, playa, aeropuerto)… yo traté de evitar caminar tarde por los alrededores, pues me parecía algo solo… La habitación fue cómoda y limpia, cumplía con lo requerido, solo que si hay una avenida algo ruidosa cerca…

Bonito pero si quieres luz, soporta ruido.

Tienes dos opciones o habitación a calle con tráfico extraordinariamente ruidoso o habitación con ventana a un pasillo por lo que es oscura. Recomiendo al hotel que cambien las ventanas por doble acristalamiento insonorizante.. Es un problema que con un poco de inversión se resuelve.

El servicio excelente, la limpieza inigualable literalmente olia a limpio, todo super comodo, accesible, buenas amenidades en el cuarto, si buscas descansar definitivamente es la opcion, no hay lugares ruidosos cerca, con sus cortinas blackout no se ve nada dentro asi que tendras el sueño mas reparador, la cama y almohadas riquisimas, suaves y acogedoras, en verdad para trabajo o descanso, es la mejor opción.

Muy recomendado! La manager fue muy linda y siempre nos brindó su ayuda, nos hizo sentir acogidos y muy cómodos. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda, el AC funcionaba súper bien y todo estaba muy limpio. Volveremos sin duda alguna 🙌
