"The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable bed, powerful water pressure, with an amazing view of three volcanoes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Carolina. Breakfast buffet was also good. Pretty much the standard buffet across lodgings. Gym is better than average with more equipment choices. Would recommend as the place to stay in Puerto Varas. "
