They only clean your room every 3 days I was told AFTER I asked. No refills of coffee anywhere to be found. They don’t use k cups so you can’t even order your own. Had to either go downstairs or order Starbucks delivery to have coffee in my room. Attendant tried to find some but none was available. When I asked again next day, never supplied more for us. I got one coffee packet. For a 4 day stay…. No parking move in weekend. Location is amazing and the rooms are nice. I just wish they would use a decent coffee maker or make sure there’s plenty of coffee supplied. Also parking is a mess…. Something needs to be fixed there.

It was a help to have a well stocked kitchen. The breakfast staff was so efficient with large crowds. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a broken toilet seat that was taken care of right away when we called. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the synthetic fragrance when you enter the lobby. I’m sensitive to those and it was a bit overpowering.
