Nous avions loué du 7au 12 octobre malheureusement nous avons eu un empêchement et nous avons dû reporter notre réservation le 8 octobre au 13. Nous avions réservé cinq nuits payé et ils nous ont refusé la cinquième nuit qui a été pris en charge dans le payement, En plus j’ai une carte handicapé et je n’ai pas eu la chambre adéquate.

Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Wifi is working only with France mobile number. Water in the shower is or cold or very hot. Its saying not smoking but clearly all smoke cigarettes where they want. You can feel smell in the room. And floor have marks from burning. Saying is air conditioning. Yes it it very loud. Its really old and loud, sounds like power engine near your ears. Room for 3 people is double bed sized because 3rd bed is on top of your head.your choose or not sleeping because of noisy air conditioning or not sleeping because of heat and no air in the room. Some people was with open doors just because its no other choices. I understand price is small and not expecting even 2 stars hotel but that one is terrible. No worth 7 of 10 for sure.

Had better stays

Room 1 smelt of stale smoke and broken air conditioning. Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room. Room changed and window and air conditioning worked, however air conditioning flooded the room, had to put towels down overnight and still water flooded the room despite towels. Unable to access WiFi as we are UK travellers without a French mobile number.

Quand Première classe rime avec 5ème classe ! Indigne est le mot qui résume cet hotel ! Comment peut-on oser propsoer de louer des chambres dans un état pareil ! La climatisation est hors d'usage (plus de 25 ans d'age). La propreté de la chambre et de la douche est inacceptable. On constate que les serrures ont subi des tentatives d'ouverture forcée...Elles tiennent à peine fermées. C'est tout sauf rassurant ! Cela en dit long !! Quant à la propriétaire, vue le matin au petit déjeuner, elle n'a rien trouvé d'autre à faire que de disputer ses employés devant nous ! Dès notre arrivée la veille au soir, l'employée nous avait prévenu : l'hôtel n'a pas été rénové depuis 30 ans... Je ne comprends même pas qu'une chaine d'hotellerie comme "Première classe" continue d'affilier un tel hôtel ; À éviter absolument !
