"A clean and comfortable hotel near the airport. The hot tub on an outdoor deck was lovely, except the water was cool and only half the jets were working. There is a good coffee shop around the corner, if you choose not to get the buffet breakfast."

In a city that can sometimes feel overwhelming for first-time travelers, this hotel became a peaceful sanctuary and one of the highlights of my entire trip to Ecuador. The location of the property is absolutely perfect. Situated in the beautiful Puerto Santa Ana district, the hotel offers stunning waterfront scenery, modern surroundings, excellent restaurants, and a safe, upscale atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. Whether you are visiting for business, tourism, or simply a relaxing getaway, the area provides the ideal balance between luxury and convenience. Walking around the neighborhood, especially in the evening, gives you a chance to experience one of the nicest and most scenic parts of Guayaquil. "Great helpful staff. Extra clean and spacious room. Room had a safe, refrigerator, free coffee with coffee maker, toiletries and great view of the city. Didn’t have time to use the Spa, gym or pool. Next time! Lastly, free shuttle to airport. Although I generously tripped the driver. By the way my shuttle was for 2:00am (no problem) as I had an early flight. Great experience and will stay again."
