My stay here was splendid - My wife and I loved it here and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! We had a early morning flight (6:30 am) and the staff here prvided us packed breakfast with fresh fruits promptly before we left - all we had to do was inform them a day prior and that’s it! We weren’t expecting this kind of service! Suffice to stay - this is our go to place everytime we are in Pune

Property is in old shape but much better than Vivanta in hinjewadi. Area and it’s proximity to prime areas is a big highlights

The Hotel Ambience is great but I suggest it requires renovation. The rooms look quite rundown and outdated compared to other similar class properties. The curtain of our room No 423 was torn and that gave a very unpleasant look. We also had the experience of meeting 2 cockroaches in the Room. We complained and requested for change of Room that was done immediately. Otherwise staff was very pleasant, well trained on hospitalitity, and the food was Good.

This Taj hotel is the black sheep of the family. Dated and in dire need of refurbishing. The room seemed tired and the sheets were old and worn. This is not the Taj I’m used to. I thought the Taj group was renowned for quality. What happened here? Breakfast was good and staff friendly but oh ….. dear. Please drop this sad excuse of a Taj Hotel from your portfolio.
