Great place overall did not have anything else bad to say. Staff were super friendly and whole place is clean all the time. Food is amazing in this resort and really good quality.

The FINESt resort was the perfect vacation stay! Add the excellence adults-only package. Ask for Karen, and she will make sure you get great dinner reservations! Orlando makes the BEST drinks at the Excellence Lounge :) Perfect amenities & the Hydro spa package was delightful. 10/10 recommend very pleasant resort.
