The resort is beautiful and it is well maintained. We were well taken care of and I would recommend. The best part is the entertainment at night. They had some of the best shows and you can’t tell that they put in a lot of effort into every show.

Got to start by saying that the property is amazing, the drinks were great, and the food delicious with so many options. The staff is absolutely amazingly phenomenal, especially William at the pool bar, Cesar my concierge, and Robinson. The only negative and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, our room was not entirely cool for us, in some care 79 degrees.

The resort was great! The Expedia perks were amazing. Our concierge, Caesar, made our dinner reservations prior to us arriving, which was so nice. No worries. Once we arrived, Caesar checked us in and ensured any requests were completed. One perk of our stay is that Expedia covered the cost of the room service charges. So room service was completely included at no cost. This was a welcoming surprise and we enjoyed it very much. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and a big shout-out to Cesar for providing us with such good customer service. One other mention is that we stayed in the swim-up suites. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean but keep in mind that some aspects are outdated. We will be back!

Overall, our stay at the resort was enjoyable, and the location was excellent. The property was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job keeping the rooms and common areas well maintained. While the buffet offered a variety of options, the quality and flavor of the food could be improved. On the other hand, the fine dining restaurants provided a much better experience, with enjoyable meals and attentive service. The customer service was somewhat inconsistent. The cleaning staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, while the welcoming staff could have been more engaging and accommodating. Additionally, the rooms are starting to show their age and would benefit from renovations and updates. Overall, the resort has great potential thanks to its cleanliness, location, and specialty restaurants, but improvements to customer service, room renovations, and buffet quality would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This resort was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, the private swim up pool in our room was amazing, the staff was great (special shout outs to Mayelin, Cesar and Rashel!) The food was amazing as was all the entertainment/amentities. We went for a week for my brother-in-law's wedding and will definetly be coming back at some point in the future.

The property was great rooms were hot but after we got a fan it was better. Having to take a train everywhere was a bit inconvenient as there were only 2 for all of the resorts. You have to sit through a presentation for the travelers club on your first full day there. I think if they put cealing fans in the rooms the stay would have been even better. It's a nice place just needs a few things tweaked

Staff were amazing and very knowledgeable with the resort so getting around was a lot easier! Rooms were cleaned to perfection. No long lines for food or buffets or at the bar! These people work quick and efficient and provide amazing service. Restaurants have great food as well. Pool areas were always fun and very clean. Night time has fun things to do as well. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience. Food was great for the most part. Some rooms are more cleaner than others. Staff quickly upgrades us to a better room. Lots of events if you like music and dancing. Pools are very clean and accessible. Amazing scenery for pictures.

The rooms were clean. The food wasn’t good, the buffet food was cold if you didn’t go in early when it first opened. Since I booked through Expedia, the staff pretty much ignored me. They were no help. I was assigned a Concierge and he was very difficult to get a hold of, I had his telephone number and he would take hours to respond.

Would have preferred more vegetarian options. The room was clean very clean. However has a smell to it like wet clothes left too long. The humidity is horrible so I’m sure that had something to do with it. But my pillows were often damp and had the smell. Staff was not entirely friendly. They would roll their eyes and when I asked for ice and never brought it. They seemed bothered. Housekeeping was sweet and helpful

Very nice location beautiful clean beach hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. All spoken English very very very nice time. I spent there with my wife and then I would definitely recommend it to other travelers because I’m planning to go back soon again.
