What an incredible visit! The staff were always near and very helpful within and around the main lobby and pools. The shuttle was extremely valuable when we didn't want to walk around the grounds. The food was surprisingly good at every inclusive restaurant, and the ice cream shop was a daily ritual. The room was as advertised, clean and spacious. The beaches were beautiful, and the amenities were great! I would recommend staying at any Hard Rock resort globally.

Amazing place tons of food options the alcohol is great quality and the staff is super nice and friendly The toro restaurant was one of our favorites (the short ribs are to die for) and the manager victor bobadilla was so nice and accommodating to me and my family
