There was no hot water, the sink in the bathroom leaked and no one ever came to fix it, and the wifi only worked in the lobby area barely.

This hotel was located on the outskirts of punta cana. When I checked my gps it said we were in bávaro and on Expedia this property was advertised in punta cana. The neighbourhood was very unsafe, vendors were dishonest and took pay from us. The property had no swimming pool or restaurant and even shuttle bus to transport us to and from the airport. Our room had NO HOT WATER, the toilet seat was broken. I will never recommend anyone come to this hotel ever!!!!!!!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was covered in mold and grime. Although there was an air conditioner, it didn’t work at all, making it impossible to breathe in the room due to the heat and humidity. There was also no hot water, which made things even worse. The overall cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The bed sheets were stained, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and had rust on the fixtures, and the floor throughout the room was also dirty. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless the management makes significant improvements to their cleaning standards.

Although the room was VERY spacious. The staff was very nice. The sheets & the towels were DISGUSTING. The sheets had stains. The towels not only had stains but was rough, they had a bad smell & they had holes. The shower head was broken. Would NOT recommend at all.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. La habitación estaba sucia, el lugar era extremadamente ruidoso y no había insumos básicos de baño (ni jabón, ni shampoo, ni toallas suficientes). Además, en una ocasión alguien intentó abrir la puerta de mi habitación —por suerte estaba puesta la cadena—, lo cual me hizo sentir muy insegura. No lo recomendaría bajo ninguna circunstancia; hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio.
