Just hot back from 2 weeks at El Beso. Had the best room with the best butler Jose Jimenez Miguel. He's always attentive and works hard at making your stay superb. Mike's coffee is always a hit. I enjoy this properties diverse food choice. Love the lagoon. Can't wait to go back

The stay at this hotel was great. The food was good and so were the drinks. The rooms were nice and clean. My butler Jose was also the best as he handled anything that I needed him to do and was able to accommodate me in anyway possible. I would stay here again

Our stay was wonderful. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention goes to our concierge, Jose Miguel Jimenez, for his attentiveness to our group, always communicating with us and responding to each of our requests. This resort was phenomenal. Having the adults only part of the resort and peaceful. The service was great, the food was great. Definitely get a massage and the body scrub at their spa. We cannot wait to visit again. The house keepers were attentive. The swim bar was excellent make sure you see Francis.

Very clean and well kept resort. Workers were always cleaning or doing maintenance. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be better is the food. Also, room service is very minimal and not enough options. It would be nice to be able to order drinks to your room. If you’re on the el beso side try Pez Dema, best food on the entire resort. Would love to come back here!

The BEST FOOD IN THE DR.!!!! I'm coming back for that alone. Some areas of the beach are unsightly, guess they're working on something unknown to guests. My rooftop suite had everything I needed and more room than expected.

This was our 11th visit to Ocean El Faro-El Beso. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and happy staff who work very hard day in and day out. Our butler Jose Miguel Jiminez was exceptional, attentive and checked in with us daily throughout our two week stay, even on his days off. A vacation is what you make of it- there was always plenty of good food to eat, our rooms were clean, the lagoon was beautiful and the weather was perfect! Looking forward to coming back again in a few months.
