Overall the place was nice and safe, beach was clean (seaweed was cleared up by staff), pool and lazy river was fun for both adults and the kids. We stayed at Ocean El Faro, Punta Cana for 7 days and had a great experience. The food was excellent, the resort was beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for kids. A special thanks to our butler Kevin Paulino who provided outstanding service and made our stay even better. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

We had a amazing conererge Kevin, who went out of his way to make our stay great. He always had dinner reservations ready for us, sent us the events every morning, and was available whenever we needed help! The rooms were spacious and the resort itself had lots of activities to do.

It's a great place for families, lot's of activities for kids. Kevin(our concierge) was great and made our stay unforgettable. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I gave 4 star only for room cleanness and I think it needs a bit renovation/improvement especially in bathroom area.
