Everything was great, staff were all amazing, food was ok, it felt like it was not fresh all the time, somethings were fresh. Alcohol was ok, cheap stuff but it still enough to get you satisfied. Beach area was nice but the sea in that area is brown. 10/10 for the staff. 9/0 for the hotel.

Grounds were maintained meticulously, and it was very enjoyable to walk around buildings. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and attended to our needs, so that we could enjoy our stay to the max. This is our 4th stay at the Riu Palace Bavaro, and would highly recommend it, especially for couples.

The food was good with lots of variety between the buffets and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and inviting. The pools were a great option when it was windy at the beach. The kids liked the waterpark. Overall great experience for an all inclusive resort.

First time in DR, but we've stayed at RIU hotels and this place did not disappoint, clean, just renovated, all the staff was friendly and helpful. The food variety was great, I wish they had served more typical dishes. We would definitely come back!

This place was awesome!! Clean the staff was super friendly and caring, the breach the difference restaurants to eat from the water park and the pool was amazing. We really enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend Riu Palace Baravo to others and whenever I go back to Dominican Republic I will definitely stay there again. Love it!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The Staff was able all the time to help and give good service. The restaurants highly qualified,delicious food and excellent presentation. The bar staff and swim-up bar perfect with the service and the preparation of all different liquors and cocktails. Would like to be there again.

Beautiful beach, food was meh… but not the worst they had some good options.. nothing to do at all for teenagers under 18 especially after 6 pm.. they NEED an arcade or something better than 2 pool tables and a foosball table for the whole resort. Scuba caribe staff was badass. Excursions was amazing, do the monkey+ zip lines! Pools were small and underwhelming, the watermark was really good but needs an actual pool for people to hang out in

The hotel and grounds could not be better. Only problem was the sargasm we stayed in a beach resort that every day we would have to leave to have a nice beach. And frustrating to see the hotel next foor with there trucks and machines eliminating the sagasm seaweed so that there guest can enjoy the beach. But i do have to say service and quality of food was amazing

The hotel is very large and beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was great, and I would definitely recommend it. The only negative aspect was the room, which had a noticeable musty smell. The food was very good, although there is still some room for improvement. The pool could probably use a bit more maintenance, but considering the large number of guests, it’s understandable that it may not always look perfectly clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
