The reason I gave 3 stars for the Property condition & facilities is I had to change my room three times the mold smell was horrible but the staff was awesome top tier Elivn Benjamin Yadira YeFrie Johnathan Thomas Jose Angel and Cleyvi if miss anyone I’m sorry but I definitely would come back just see to see them great customer service

Horrible costumer service and the rooms were in terrible condition. Rooms were not cleaned well and it had cockroaches inside of the room etc. Everything was terrible at this resort.

The staff of very rude especially the people in the buffet they speak to you rude when you ask some something you wait a long time to even get a waiter to get your drinks and they give preference to certain people

We just returned from our 12 day stay at Royalton Splash and we totally enjoyed every moment!! From our first day, we felt welcomed by the staff until our last, we felt like family. A huge thank you to the animation staff to the swim up pool bartender's, who took a shine to our bored 14 yr old, and made his day, just by watching Willy and CO. We loved the water park as well. We are not Diamond club members, but it did not stop our enjoyment. We ate at all the restaurants but the Japanese and the Steak house. My only advice is download the Royalton app, and book your reservations at 5pm for the next day. The only negative is our building concierge was a little pushy trying to get us anything by hiding it was in fact a time share meeting.

We had a great time, however 2 things that stood out in a negative way, first was the fact that the air conditioning was rarely on, the heat made the stay uncomfortable in the rooms and restaurants to the point that its was unbearable to eat at restaurants at night and we are from PR, in other words we know heat. Second was the service in buffet and restaurant, we had to constantly remind the staff that we were waiting for our water, coffee and other drinks.

Loved that punta Cana splash is an all inclusive with great entertainment for the kids near to the airport Disliked that the the majority of staff are not hospitable for working in an industry where you are supposed to be friendly. They didn’t care. Check in was a disaster. I commented previously that guests should be called when room ready and not have to wait in a line every time we needed to check on room status. Room near the nightly entertainment so I was kept awake after 10:30 every night. The room is worn especially the bathroom. Water park closed for a day. No signage that it would be unavailable that day. Overall it was a sunny vacation. But I would not be returning to this property

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days (June 16–19) for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to persistent problems with the door lock system from the very first day. Our room key card failed to work multiple times each day—sometimes 4 to 5 times in one day. Every time this happened, we had to go all the way back to the lobby, wait in a long line, and ask for help. We repeatedly requested a room change, but the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and quite unfriendly in their response. These constant issues seriously disrupted our trip and turned what should have been a joyful family vacation into a very frustrating experience. We do not feel satisfied with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.
