This was hands-down, the most amazing service and experience we have ever had. The staff is exceptionally kind and hospitable, attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in every way. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and at highly rated resorts, and this surpassed everyone of those experiences. We have never felt so personally cared for on vacation before! This far surpassed any Sandals experience and we will definitely be Secrets customers and Dominican Republic visitors again! I cannot say enough, good things about our experience!

We had the absolute best time. I wish I wrote down the names of all the wonderful staff but truly EVERYONE at this resort was AMAZING. 5 stars all the way in every area. A lot of the food was ok, too salty for my taste. Restaurant seem to half a better quality of food. Very quiet resort. Use to a little more fun pool activities. This place is great for older people. I am older but don’t act my age. We are very active.
