Room was nice and clean daily modern with balcony, staff very friendly and attentive and they do their best to be available to make your stay very pleasent. All the pools nice and clean and loads of choice for entertainment and food and drinks, beech was kept tidy daily it felt safe and relaxing, I highly recommend.

This resort was top notch. The staff, service, rooms, food, beach and pools were fantastic. It is very kid/family oriented. They even had little fruity kid drinks for the kids. I highly recommend this resort.

Serenade is the perfect getaway for couples and families. The resort is large with an abundance of room. There is never a time when a pool chair is unavailable. The food was fantastic. The buffet had lots of variety and the restaurants were fabulous. The resort was very clean. Rooms were huge. We will be back!

It’s a fun resort. The pool bars definitely make it more fun. But the facilities are just alright. The iron in our room was rusty and the towels look overly used
