Staff is so lovely here. There is also a man who owns a tour company right on sight - His name is ChuChu0 and he is very helpful and knows the area very well. Breakfast inclusion is nice. No hot water was a bummer.

It did its job

It was good! Spacious, AC, shower worked good. Mosquitoes in room uncomfortable, walls by AC, were bubbled, needed some painting. Nice pool , artwork, balcony! It’s hidden inside of a shopping center!

The property is truly a hidden gem. The grounds are manicured and the overall views are excellent. Not to mention the staff from the grounds keepers, to the meal servers, and house keeping staff were very hospitable and accommodating. I as well would like to mention the exceptional hospitality and dedication to service that was extended to me by the hotels receptionist Pamela. Through her dedication to customer service she was able to help me, despite our language barrier and I greatly appreciate that.

Property lobby was nice however the rooms need a lot of work, no hot water , toilet seat was loose, shower curtain was hanging, drawers were hanging. The only restaurant Brisas del caribe I believe was the name, was very good and Cary the owner was so nice and friendly. There is a licor store located near literally 30 seconds from the hotel, so we found it very convenient.
