Amazing customer service from great staff like Ramon, Jesus, and plenty of others. A couple members had a little bit of attitude or a lack of willingness to help but majority were excellent; especially Ramon and Jesus. Bathrooms need to have better upkeep or renovation but other than that I can’t complain. Great stay and would come back again, lot of variety for shows, food, and things to do

Good hotel with friendly staff. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The only issue was that I reported a TV that wasn’t working, but it was never fixed during my stay. Other than that, everything was good. I would rate it 8/10.

The room was dingy and smelled like moisture, the à/c was on and off so the room wasn’t always cool, especially at night. The pillows smelled of mold. There was no à/c at the restaurants. Imagine a hibachi restaurant with no à/c or fan. Staff were great, food was good but some of us did catch a really bad stomach bug that took forever to get over. They were very cheap with the towels and said we can only have one towel per person, ridiculous. The housekeeper was very nasty and cheap with the room amenities. Only good spot was the Sports Bar. Food was freshly made and great service. Other than this is not a 5 star resort. More like 3 1/2 stars at best.

The location was beautiful, natural, cozy, and clean. Unfortunately, the service staff was very unfriendly. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but we constantly felt that most employees (not all) were bothered by serving us or unhappy with their jobs. We couldn't enjoy the beach because of too much sargassum, but the resort did a good job trying to clean it.

Our stay was great! The place is big. I specifically loved the naturalistic feel the resort has, the animals what we got to see while we take walks. The food and drinks were great, it has a lot of varieties. The staff were hospitable and helpful. So many things to do, pool, take a walk or relax in the beach, entertainment and sports equipments. We did not get to swim in the beach unfortunately because there are a lot of seaweeds. And our hotel room’s air conditioner did not work very well. But overall, our hotel experience had been a satisfying one!

Overall, our stay was great. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet and restaurants were decent and the pools were nice - there was a kids pool, and 2 other pools - one quieter and one more lively, which was nice to have options! The rooms were good, AC worked well! The only aspect I think needs an upgrade or better maintenance is the showers. There is a rainfall and handheld shower but the handheld is not secured properly and constantly fell, and my parents who had a different room had a broken shower shelf... in the end, not a big deal. The one thing we didn't love were the "vip concierge" staff who were very pushy to get you to attend a meeting for a "free gift". And, on one of the weekdays the resort has vendors come in to set up a mini market, and those vendors were very aggressive. Someone needs to tell them that if they weren't so aggressive they would probably get more visitors to their stations!! Lastly, we went in September which was apparently not a great time to go for the beach. There were piles of seaweed. So we had to spend most of the time by the pools.
