We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable amenities were beautiful. Shuttle to the beach is available within five minutes. A true escape. Expedia pics dont do justice for this hotel! I loved it got the zel suite and it was perfect had a living room, large balcony & large bathroom. The only con is I dont think there are elevators and we stayed on the top floor of one of the buildings. Very pretty decoration.

It is a wonderful place to stay! Loved the room with the swim up pool. The beach is a few minutes away but they have a free shuttle going to the beach and to their other resort. The all inclusive was wonderful, they even stock your room with drinks and snacks. You should be aware that if you only speak English, you may have some communication issues. Most of the staff speak Spanish and very little English.

We just returned from a 6 day trip for my husband’s birthday with our two children and girlfriend. We are extremely happy with Zel Punta Cana. Everything from the spacious rooms beautiful beach and exceptional staff made our stay here an unforgettable one. Carlos the activity director was beyond a pleasure as well as most everyone that worked at the hotel. The hotel couldn’t do enough for my family. The ride to the beach takes only a few short minutes and was a nice scenic ride through beautiful well kept grounds. We all enjoyed the golf cart ride and all the drivers were extremely kind. Food was delicious and service at all dining options was great. Our favorite was Volcan but all were delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We faced a few challenges with cleanliness, service and food. I addressed these to Management and they were extremely receptive and appreciative of my feedback. The property is new (less than a year old) so they are still in the opening phase. They have the right attitude, which is what matters. I'm sure they will overcome these challenges and become an excellent property. The infrastructure and design are amazing. Their concept too, very wellness focused. I would like to recognize Romina from guest services and Emanuel from F&B. Amazing both! Super servicial and go getter attitude.
