Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that they would not be checking me in until 3 PM. I again told them about the perishable items and my check in time being 12 PM and they told that was not their problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then had to drive to another building to speak to him. After another 45 minutes of speaking to him to figure out what to do I was allowed to put items in the refrigerator of the room. 1 1/2 hours of ny food sitting in my car in the hot son. They finally allowed me to enter the room at 3 PM even though my check in time was 12 noon. The hot water also did not work in the master bedroom although it was fixed 1 hour before my check out time.
