"Check in was not bad, we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights Second day we were told the pool was not in use due to chemicals being added. I asked front desk if there was a time frame of when we would be able to use, since we booked this hotel with the intention of using the pool, and the lady had no idea. ..."
