"We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. "

"The views and settings out of this world but nothing else was top rate. For the overall price per night I expect a lot better. The shower was so, so the towels to small no dressing gown and the included breakfast a joke. Parking was extra and no valet parking. I stayed 4 nights but 2 would have been enough."
