"En general tuvimos una buena estancia, pero sí sentimos que faltó un poco más de atención en varios detalles. Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron.
La habitación no tenía cobijas y el internet era bastante inestable; en algunas áreas comunes funcionaba, pero en otras no, y en la habitación definitivamente no llegaba señal.
Además, hubo una boda la noche anterior y...
