"Clean rooms. Staff was really helpful and accommodating. We got to the hotel with our 5 year old well before check-in and while they were booked solid they tried to get us into a room as soon as possible. I also really liked that they had Easter activities planned for the children, and made sure the kids had fun things to do. "

"Location, room, amenities, views, and food were great! If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place. We had dinner, drinks, and breakfast there. Dinner Service and drinks was better than breakfast. Breakfast was slow and just ok. We felt like a bother. The wait Staff sat around and talked. My husband asked for more coffee and the waitress gave him attitude. It could be because she wasn’t our waitress because ours was too busy sitting at the bar drinking her coffee. We were seated right when restaurant opened at breakfast and others who came after us, received their food 1st. We had to get up an ask for our bill. The service overshadowed our stay a bit but the location, views, food, and overall atmosphere made up for it. Worth the stay but don’t expect good service! "

"I love this hotel… we’ve been here several times. The staff was great, views are amazing, the food was good and is easy to enter, the parking, the lobby… everything was good! It’s time for some renovations… the building seems dated, and beds were kind of uncomfortable. If I’m going out of home and I have to pay, I better be sleeping in a comfortable place. "
