"Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"

"Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

"Lovely seat. Beautiful beach and swimming pool. Although pool not heated water was not too cold to easily get in and swim some laps. Only negative was restaurant, which has only passable food and was expensive. Breakfast was good and generous."

"Inutile dirvi che il pezzo forte della casa è la vista dalla terrazza, peraltro splendida al nostro soggiorno. Siamo stati molto bene, proprietà sempre presente e disponibile. Unico neo, deve passare un pochino di tempo per arrivare l’acqua calda al 22º piano e pressione autoclave da rivedere. Per il resto tutto molto bello torneremo"
