"Breakfast lady was very kind and welcoming. Room was dirty. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Soap residue was in the faucet. Toilet, under seat, wasn’t cleaned. Fast food cups from previous people who stayed were in bathroom trash. Iron was broken and leaked water on clothes. Bed sank in the middle. Curtains don’t stay closed unless pinned using room hanger. Outlets in “table” between beds doesn’t charge unless constantly jiggling the charger. Check-in lady was kind. "
"We stayed in the kimg soze Jacuzzi room.
Shower leaked. Pool was closed even though we called 3 times before booking to confirm it would be open. The floors and baseboards and walls are filthy. Mirrors were broken around the hot tub. The bed was uncomfortable and the couch sank down completely in the middle. The refrigerator wouldn't hold a temperature and the microwave didnt work well. Breakfast was awful snd the dining room was dirty. The sheets and towels seemed clean, thankfully. Overall it was absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Do not recommend. Staying at any of the other 4 hotels in the same parking lot for less money would have been a significantly better option both fiscally as well as for cleanliness and comfort."
"Its apparently the only hotel in the area without cameras. Our gas tank was drilled into and emptied in the parking lot. We told the staff and they didnt offer to call for help or anything. They told us the GM would call us and they never did. We told them we had to leave the truck until we could get a kit to repair it and let it cure. They wanted to charge us for another night. I could understand if they were short on parking but thats not the case. Law enforcement told us crime was terrible in this area and not to stay in Joplin if we didnt absolutely have to. The auto parts store said he had sold 20 of the kits in the last few days. So please do yourself a favor and stay in a different area of town or not at all if you can."
"Loved our stay here! The rooms and property were really clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was the sweetest! Will definitely be coming back the next time we're in town"
"This particular property is under renovation. The room I was in kind of smelled a little bit, but you get what you paid for. It was very cheap pricing.
I would do it again if it was for one night only"
