"This hotel near Model Beach goes by many names: one is Sea Paradise, another is D2. It's a bit tricky to find it hidden in a lane off the main road to Model Beach. We were offered a room on the first floor, but it had damp patches on the wall, so we opted for a cleaner room on the second floor. The room is adequate, but highly priced. "The location of the hotel is bad, approach roads are extremely dirty with garbage dumped all around. Just opposit to the hotel is the Sankaracharya temple so you will be woken up by the bhajans at 5:30 AM. The complimentary breakfast was average. The hotel is not clean, rooms are dirty, curtains extremely dirty, the doormats dirty and wet, the bed sheets were used ones which they did not bother to change. The room was damp and smelt musty, does not look like it has been aired for a long time....
