"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"Nice, modern apartment. Just what we needed for our short stay. The best points were the modern features, ease of access (door code given day of arrival), and air conditioning. The apartment stayed a comfortable temperature despite it being 36 degrees outside! There is plenty of space and storage. Much more pleasant than staying in a cramped hotel room. "This hotel is in a great location..2 minutes walk from a bus which takes you straight into the city in 15 mins. 15 minute walk from the beautiful City Park and lovely lovely rooms. Breakfast is varied with plenty of hot/cold items (though we missed a toaster) Staff are friendly, pool was great, sauna too. Highly recommend this hotel. "
