"I stayed at this hotel with my 3 teenage kids for one night to break up a long drive. I chose it specifically because of its proximity to the amusement park (it really is a brief 8-10 minute drive). The hotel is basic and clean, but I think it's very important to note that if you book this hotel through Expedia, you DO NOT qualify for the special rates at the park. The hotel's website does a terrible job of making this clear, so we booked our stay thinking we could get the discounted rates for park tickets. Unfortunately, at check-in I found out that this was not true. There were no luxuries (like available bottled water at the registration desk), and most amenities were an additional charge. If you're looking for a basic stay at a clean, convenient place, this is just fine. Staff was friendly, but not accommodating."

"Our favorite place to stay while at Put in Bay! The communication prior to arrival is excellent. Check in is easy. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. (We have stayed in the Port Side, Main Sail and the Stateroom) The breakfast specials have always been fresh and fabulous each time."
