"The staff was fantastic! The room was comfortable and spacious but a bit dated and unclean. We had to wipe down surfaces, tub, and floors. After that, we had quite an enjoyable stay. It's close enough to Cedar Point, which was really convenient."

"We stayed here in the off-season, and also during the week-not the weekend. Coffee was not open until 8 am and our room did not have a coffee pot. Downer for a coffee person. with apleasant staff."

"I have stayed at a dozen properties around Put In Bay and I can say without a doubt, the Anchor Inn is the best place I have found. Close to downtown, reasonably priced for the quality and service, cleanliness of the room and property, quality of the breakfast and food offerings, thoughtful touches throughout the room and lobby. This place has spoiled us for staying anywhere else on the island. High end toiletries and bathroom amenities, Nespresso machine in every room, bathrobes, slippers, towel warmers, turn down service with chocolates and drapes darkening the room, luggage taken to your room, amazing high quality breakfast. These are some of the features this property offers. There is also a golf cart rental across the street and you are only a block from the west end of town."
